The children from these families are a bit boisterous during breakfast. The hotel appears to be used as housing for low-income/displaced families. Breakfast area is small but had plenty of seating at earlier hours. As website states, Hot Tub is not working Free breakfast daily was typical and plentiful at 7:30AM each day: waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, doughnuts, cereal, fruit, bagels, toast, yogurt coffee, juice. The pool is clean with clear water but a bit shabby around the edges (the bottom surface is pretty chipped, towels were small and ran out after a few days, area is poorly lit in the evening). AC worked well and kept us comfortable on a hot summer night My 11 year old was especially excited about using the pool each day before our day-trips and in the evening when we returned. Typical Bathroom PLUS an exterior sink make it easy for two people to get ready simultaneously. Coffee Maker, Blow Drier, Iron & Board, TV with cable, and a small refrigerator were all provided Beds are comfortable enough but have uniquely small pillows. Rates are quite affordable for the New England as Fall River is somewhat of a 'less-desirable' area. It is centrally located for all 3 and highways are incredibly easy to access from this point. We chose this venue as a central points for trips to Boston, Cape Cod and Newport. My family And I stayed here for 5 days recently (August 2011). THANK YOU AGAIN to the staff at the hotel.including the housekeeping staff. There was a former Manager by the name of Richard, and fortunately by the time we came to stay at the hotel, he was transferred, and Kate took over.she was much easier to deal with is so many ways. I would like to thank both of you for making our stay there such a pleasant one, and helped to alleviate all of the stress that comes with being the mother of the groom. Each time that I called and spoke to Kelly or Kate (who is the manager), prior to the wedding.they were both so pleasant and made sure to arrange everything as I requested. It was definitely a great choice to stay for the weekend wedding that took place. The breakfast that is complimentary was great and all of our guests enjoyed it. The guests rooms were very nice and bed was comfortable. ![]() We were also going to rent out the function room and she let us go up to look at the room, which we used for the after-wedding get together for our friends and family, and this was a plus.the staff made sure that all of the food deliveries were sent up to the function room and set up for us.and hotel also provided, coffe, tea, cream, and sugar free of charge!. We mainly worked with Kelly Costa who was wonderful.very informative, and very professional. They provided us with all kinds of info about the hotel, booking rooms for our out of town guests, and places in the area that would be useful to us and our guests. The people at the front desk were wonderful. The wedding venue was only about 5-6 minutes from this hotel.so I decided to take a drive down with my husband to check out the hotel a few months before the wedding. ![]()
